What makes you a special team member? I have the ability to compromise, show respect to others and listen to the needs of my teammates. While I can be a leader when necessary, I can also play an equal role on the team when the situation merits.

What do you love about the brand? Safety, reliability, and the relentless capability that’s down to the expert engineering that underpins the Subaru Vehicles is what inspires me to be  an absolute advocate for the brand.

How do you make it a positive ‘do’ experience for the customer?

I make every customer feel welcome and valued.

How do you deliver excellent customer service? 

I treat every customer with respect, I listen to their needs and work hard to deliver positive outcomes.

My passion for the brand and my desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What makes you a special team member? I always make sure our team is well balanced and we all work together as one.

What do you love about the brand? Customer Loyalty and Longevity of Subaru. A Fantastic Range and of course All Wheel Drive!

What is your favourite car colour and why? White! Particularly the Pearl Finish. And as well is a Safe Colour.

What makes you a special team member? – After 15 years with Inchcape and working different in departments, the knowledge I have gained is useful in my Role.  

What do you love about the brand?  - The loyalty of Subaru customers and the amazing product we have.

What is your favourite car colour and why? – I love World Rally Blue – the excitement of the Rally cars and their heritage.
